Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our product, we do not accept returns on used items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or refund.

Exchanges are accepted on unused items buyer pays return shipping

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase

Once the item has shipped, we cannot cancel the order
